Did you have a good weekend or a bad weekend? What kind of weekend did
you have this weekend?
We told you about a month ago about the "weekend syndrome" in which many
young people treaded upcoming weekends cause they weren't sure what to do.
Well, now doctors are saying that no even though some people have found
stuff to do on the weekend, they still suffer from a different kind of
"weekend syndrome." That no matter what they do, they feel like they had
a boring weekend.
A patient named Ms. Han says she always hangs out with friends from many
other circles. Sometimes, they all do stuff together throughout the whole
weekend without stopping. But even so, Ms. Han always feels like she has
had a boring weekend.
To deal with the problem, experts advise single people to make more
friends and develop their own hobbies. Meanwhile, they advise people to
hold moderated expectations about the weekend break, and to avoid making
a too tight of a plan for how to spend their time.
